The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an SAP Functional Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless ERP operations across globally deployed S/4HANA platforms and integrated applications. You will be part of our expanding Global Capability Centre in Bangalore, supporting the rollout and stabilization of our next-generation ERP ecosystem.
This role requires strong functional expertise, cross-module knowledge, and experience in SAP Run/Support environments (L2/L3), along with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end functional support for SAP S/4HANA across core business processes: OTC, ICO, STP, RTR, MDM, MAKE, MTO, PLAN, and LOG
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents impacting ERP operations (L2/L3 support), while guiding the team toward effective and sustainable solutions
- Proactively monitor system performance, identify anomalies, and address functional or technical issues
