We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior SAP Program/Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive SAP experience across any module and have a proven track record of successfully managing SAP programs and deliveries for financial services clients. This role requires a background in technology consulting or systems integration (SI) and the ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management: Lead and manage SAP programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with FS clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Delivery Oversight: Oversee the delivery of SAP projects, ensuring quality and consistency in all deliverables.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and address any concerns.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants and project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans for SAP implementations, including project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience:

• Minimum of [X] years of experience in SAP program/delivery management.
