SAP Formulation Specialist

About the Role Sika Hellas is seeking an SAP Formulation Specialist to join the R&D/QC Department at its Kryoneri, Attica facilities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in preparing, validating, and maintaining formulations, BOMs, and master data within SAP, ensuring accurate and consistent data management throughout the Go-Live and post-implementation stabilization phases. What You'll Do

• Create, review, and maintain SAP master data related to formulations, BOMs, raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Support the migration and validation of product formulations and associated data entries within SAP.
• Ensure consistency and alignment between SAP data, R&D formulations, QC specifications, and Production requirements.
• Coordinate and execute data-entry activities related to alternative raw materials, packaging configurations, and formulation revisions.
• Participate in SAP testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during Go-Live and stabilization phases, supporting data governance for accuracy, traceability, and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, QC, Production, Supply Chain, and external SAP support teams, and maintain proper documentation of formulations, specifications, and process changes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP-related workflows and data management processes within the R&D/QC department.
• Support laboratory testing, formulation updates, technical evaluations, and cross-functional projects on product optimization, raw material evaluation, and process improvement when required. What We're Looking For
• Experience working with SAP master data and formulations, BOMs, raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Strong data governance, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to coordinate data-entry activities, support SAP Go-Live and stabilization, and work with R&D/QC/Production/Supply Chain teams.
• Testing, troubleshooting, and issue-resolution capabilities.
• Knowledge of processes for data migration, validation, and alignment with QA/QC specifications. Compensation & Benefits
