About the Role

Join Tarkett Sports as the first SAP FICO leader to build Finance & Controlling from the ground up as part of a multi-phase SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation. This hands-on, strategic role reports to the Senior Director, Transformation ERP and collaborates closely with Finance, BPO and business SMEs. The position is hybrid and based at the Montreal office.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of the FI/CO scope across design, configuration validation, testing and go-live in the transformation project.
• Lead the design of project accounting and revenue recognition, including WBS structures, POC logic, IFRS 15 alignment, WIP accounting and integration PS/FI/CO.
• Drive core FI/CO configuration: Universal Journal, New GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, bank accounting, CCA/PCA, internal orders and financial closing processes.
• Shape manufacturing finance and cost accounting: standard costs, cost analysis, and related cost management activities.
• Guide the ERP transformation with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud deployed in phases and ensure QA and business readiness.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, BPO and business SMEs; ensure the information system supports business needs and challenge decisions where appropriate.
• Embrace the hybrid work model based in Montreal and align with global teams as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a SAP FICO leader in finance & controlling for ERP transformation projects, preferably with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Strong ability to design, configure, test and support go-live across FI/CO modules (Universal Journal, New GL, AP/AR, assets, banking, CCA/PCA, internal orders) and close processes.
• Deep knowledge of project accounting and revenue recognition, including WBS, IFRS 15, WIP, and PS/FI/CO integration.
• Experience shaping manufacturing finance and cost accounting (standard costs, cost analysis).
• Strong collaboration skills with Finance, BPO, and business SMEs; influence over decisions and enterprise architecture.
• Nice to have: background in Big Four or SAP partner environments.
