About the Role Flowserve is seeking an SAP FICO Lead in Etten-Leur, Netherlands to drive SAP FICO initiatives within the Information Technology organization. The role combines hands-on SAP FICO leadership with collaboration across business and IT partners to deliver ERP solutions that support Flowserve’s finance and operations. What You'll Do
- Lead SAP FICO design, configuration, testing, and deployment for finance and controlling processes.
- Manage and/or mentor a team or function; coordinate with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain system integrity, data governance, and security; provide production support and continuous improvement.
- Drive standardization, process optimization, and documentation; ensure compliance with Flowserve policies. What We're Looking For
