About the Role
NEORIS is seeking an SAP FICO professional with 3-5 years of heavy configuration experience. The role involves hands-on SAP implementations, configuring Finance and Controlling modules, and ensuring seamless integration with SD/MM/PP across multiple projects.
What You'll Do
- Perform heavy configuration in SAP FICO modules: Finance (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, EBS, E-Invoicing, E-Accounting) and Controlling (CO).
- Configure and optimize Cost Element Planning, Cost Center Planning, Internal Orders, Profit Center, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.
- Lead or contribute to full-cycle SAP implementation projects across multiple engagements with SAP financial and controlling processes.
- Ensure proper integration points between FICO and SD/MM/PP; understand cross-modular impacts.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams in fast-paced, multicultural environments; communicate effectively and document requirements and solutions.
- Adhere to SAP implementation methodology and SDLC; stay current with SAP technology advances.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of heavy configuration experience in FICO modules.
- Hands-on SAP implementation experience in multiple projects with full cycle implementations in SAP financial and controlling processes.
- Experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
- Strong understanding of cross-modular impact of processes and configuration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Good understanding of SDLC and SAP implementation methodology.
- Willingness to keep up with the progress of SAP technology.
- Exposure to product costing scenarios in repetitive manufacturing, discrete, and process industries.
