About the Role Accenture’s SAP practice leads transformation using SAP, AI, and industry-specific solutions. In Life Sciences, this role focuses on SAP EWM and end-to-end supply chain transformation, delivering advisory and implementation leadership across global client programs.
What You'll Do
- Engage with client executives on business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future)
- Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations
- Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom apps, and add-on partner solutions
- Advise, design and deliver solutions based on latest industry and technology best practices, leveraging SAP solutions and embedded innovation
- Lead small teams – onsite with clients or within Accenture
- Become a trusted expert and advisor to clients, team, and Accenture Leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations
- Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices and develop the next level of transformation experts
- Travel may be required; amount of travel varies (0-100%)
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 7 years SAP functional and technical experience in SAP EWM
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology or Life Sciences distribution clients (not SAP support/managed services)
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Life Sciences clients
- Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model, including workshops, design decisions, system build, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live
- Prior advisory/consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, equivalent 6-year work experience

- California: $94,400 – $293,800
- Ohio: $87,400 – $235,000
- Colorado: $94,400 – $253,800
