Overview

Senior SAP Plan-to-Deliver (P2D) Quality Assurance Consultant responsible for end-to-end quality management processes within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

This role will design and implement SAP Quality Management (QM) solutions to support inspection processes, defect management, and regulatory compliance across production and supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong SAP ECC and S/4HANA QM expertise and a proven track record in delivering manufacturing-focused SAP transformations.

Responsibilities

• 1. Solution Design and Architecture

• Design SAP S/4HANA quality management solutions.

• Define quality planning, inspection, and defect management processes.

• Align quality processes with production, procurement, and logistics.

• Ensure integration with PP, MM, and warehouse systems.

• 2. Implementation and Configuration

• Configure SAP QM modules in ECC and S/4HANA.

• Set up inspection plans, inspection lots, and quality notifications.

• Enable quality control during procurement, production, and delivery.

• Support integration with manufacturing and supply chain systems.

• 3. Project Management & Delivery

• Define scope and timelines for QA/QM workstreams.

• Lead workshops with quality and operations teams.

• Support testing and go-live.

• Coordinate data migration and validation.

• 4. Collaboration and Communication

• Act as liaison between quality, production, supply chain, and IT.

• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions.

• Provide training and documentation to end users.

• 5. Performance Optimization

• Improve quality inspection efficiency and defect tracking.

• Optimize compliance and audit readiness.

• Enhance visibility into quality KPIs and reporting.

• Leverage S/4HANA analytics for quality insights.
