Join our innovative team as an SAP DM Solution Designer & Customization Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in digitizing production processes across Siemens Energy’s factories. You will lead the design and customization of SAP DM solutions, ensuring they align with our development guidelines while enhancing system functionalities. Imagine collaborating with a talented team to implement production process designs and integrating SAP DM with tailored XSLT customizations. Your expertise will help assess technical feasibility and coordinate with external teams, driving forward our mission of efficiency and resilience against cybersecurity threats. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and design customizations for SAP DM, adhering to Siemens Energy’s development guidelines while evolving these standards.
- Implement SAP DM production process designs and POD plugins, utilizing a template-based approach for broad applicability across our manufacturing facilities.
- Design and implement XSLT customizations for SAP DM integration, enhancing system capabilities.
- Assess the technical feasibility of customer-specific developments, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate with external development teams, support code reviews, and facilitate necessary refactoring and developer training.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a senior developer with proficiency in multiple programming languages.
- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, JsDoc, and TypeScript, showcasing your technical expertise.
- A goal-oriented and results-driven mindset, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to quickly grasp manufacturing processes.
- Initial experience in leading a small team, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate across teams.
