Job Description

Our client, a Global Leader in Automation Systems, has an immediate opening for a SAP Concur Accounting Specialist for a 3-4 Month + Contract Opportunity. 3-4 Month Contract with project completion bonus.

The SAP Concur Accounting Specialist will join our client's finance team and report to the Manager of Finance and Accounting. This role requires a detail-oriented self-starter with excellent communication and time management skills. This role will own, process, and manage the SAP Concur area for all weekly expense reports. Expense report processing is somewhat complex because our client's T&E can bundle employee travel, project bill-back purchases, and a wide range of other expenses. We process approximately 300-400 TEs monthly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and manage the weekly expense reporting process through SAP Concur.

• Process employee expense reports accurately and within established reporting deadlines.

• Review expense submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.

• Identify and resolve expense reporting discrepancies, missing information, and processing issues.

• Monitor outstanding expense reports and follow up on items requiring clarification or correction.

• Maintain accurate expense reporting records and supporting documentation.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day SAP Concur expense reporting activities.

• Support consistent and timely completion of weekly expense reporting cycles.

• Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of hands-on experience using SAP Concur for expense reporting and processing in an enterprise organization.

• Accounting or expense management experience involving employee expense reports.

• Ability to independently manage recurring weekly reporting responsibilities.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in financial processing.

• Ability to identify discrepancies, communicate effectively, and resolve reporting issues.
