Job Description
Join an international team supporting SAP financial planning and analytics applications. You will combine development, enhancements and operational support across SAP BW, BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere.
The role supports financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strengthens coverage for the existing Prague team and involves collaboration with business users and delivery teams across Europe, India and the US.
What you will do
Support SAC and Datasphere FP&A applications, delivering major and minor enhancements.
Work with business analysts and functional stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient data models and technical solutions.
Design, build and optimize end-to-end data pipelines, including virtualized models in native SAP HANA and SAP Datasphere.
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, views and stored procedures.
Integrate structured and semi-structured data from SAP S/4HANA, ECC and non-SAP sources using secure, scalable integration patterns.
Contribute to integrations between SAP systems, cloud data platforms and lakehouse architectures.
Support integration testing, UAT, data reconciliation and quality validation.
Provide operational support, post-go-live hypercare, documentation and knowledge transfer.
Follow company SDLC standards, validation protocols and change management processes.
Requirements

At least 6 years of hands-on SAP Analytics and BPC development experience, ideally covering both Standard and Embedded models.

Strong experience with SAP BW/4HANA or BW 7.x, including data modelling, transformations and extraction.

Practical knowledge of BPC script logic, ABAP for BAdI implementations and Analysis for Office reporting.

A strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting and consolidation.

The ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
-

A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
Additional advantages
SAP Analytics Cloud experience, particularly BPC-to-SAC transition projects.
Knowledge of SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and SAP cloud offerings.
BW query design and performance tuning.
Exposure to S/4HANA and CDS views.
AI fundamentals and exposure to augmented or AI-enabled analytics.
