About the Role The SAP BTP Developer will join the Talent IT Service Delivery team responsible for end-to-end delivery of programs and projects to develop and maintain global applications within the SAP technology stack. The role coordinates and manages a development resource team on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) using Neo and Cloud Foundry, supporting Talent IT with end-to-end delivery in collaboration with Project Managers, QA resources, and Support Teams. What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP BTP developers and consultants throughout complex project lifecycles.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Employee Central projects, overseeing all phases from discovery through deployment and support.
- Coordinate and drive end-to-end delivery on SAP BTP (Neo and Cloud Foundry) environments, ensuring quality and timely outcomes.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, QA resources, and Support Teams to plan, build, test, deploy, and support applications.
- Provide technical leadership, set standards, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and best practices. What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to inspire teams through complex projects.
- Hands-on experience delivering SAP BTP solutions using Neo and Cloud Foundry.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities; able to partner with Project Managers, QA, and Support teams.
- Experience guiding projects through end-to-end lifecycle phases: discovery, design, build, test, deploy, and support.
- Experience with Employee Central projects or SAP HR/Payroll initiatives is a plus.
