SAP BRIM Consultant (O2C B2B/B2C) - Bucharest
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Provide expert-level support, handling complex incidents and collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to resolve issues. Support the implementation of process improvements, projects, working closely with business teams to identify opportunities and drive change. Manage stakeholder relationships, conducting regular check-ins and ensuring their needs are met. Technically strengthening and supporting a subteam of five, to develop joint skills further. Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation. Proactively analyze system behavior and process issues, identifying potential problems and implementing solutions. Conduct training sessions and facilitate knowledge sharing with team & stakeholders Challenge the status quo with regards to established financial processes, some of them a decade old.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have proven & extensive experience working with SAP FI-CA-INV and FI-CA, including a deep understanding of broader SAP functionalities such as integrations of BRIM with modules such as FI-CO, FI-GL, BCM, FSCM You are tech-savvy and comfortable with complex system landscapes that continuously change and evolve. You embody the Zalando way: curious, adaptable, and a driver of change. You have a strong understanding of the business impact of system issues and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. You are a problem solver with excellent analytical skills and can effectively break down complex issues. You are a team player with excellent communication and mentoring skills, able to foster a collaborative environment. You are committed to continuous improvement and stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies. You have strong English language skills to navigate the international work environment.
