We’re looking to hire a SAP BDC Consultant to join our Team in digital transformation projects.

Project Scope

Develop and implement solutions in SAP Business Data Cloud, supporting the pre-sales cycle, architectural design, project delivery, team training and growth, and customer support, ensuring alignment between data strategy and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data solutions in SAP Business Data Cloud and Datasphere.

• Lead pre-sales initiatives and support sales teams.

• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and technical sessions with clients.

• Ensure best practices in architecture, security, and governance.

• Monitor project delivery, ensuring quality and alignment with the initial design.

• Support the evolution of the internal offering of data services and frameworks.

• Mandatory Skills

• SAP Business Data Cloud — solid experience in modelling, integration, governance, and end-to-end solution development.

• SAP Datasphere — expertise in data modelling, Data Marketplace, Data Fabric, Data Integration, and Data Governance.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) — strong experience in storytelling, modelling, dashboards, predictive analytics, and planning (preferred).

• Data architectures — ability to design modern architectures (Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Data Lakehouse) and integrate with hybrid ecosystems.

• Integration and connectivity — SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, native and non-SAP connectors.

• Data engineering best practices — versioning, automation, testing, performance, security, and governance.

• SAP BW/4HANA — solid experience in solution architecture, ETL process design and implementation, advanced data modelling, performance optimization, and support for integration with analytics and reporting solutions.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Experience in pre-sales, including: requirements gathering, architecture design, estimates and proposals, technical presentations to clients.

• Strong communication, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills.

• Autonomy to lead projects and guide technical teams.

• Results-oriented profile, with a focus on customer value.

• Preferred Requirements

• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC-planning) — strong experience in storytelling, modelling, dashboards, predictive analytics, and planning.

• SAP BW / BW4HANA — knowledge of migration, integration, and coexistence with Datasphere.

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP, especially in hybrid scenarios with SAP.

• Relevant SAP Certifications

• SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BTP, SAP BW/4HANA.

• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP) are a plus.
