About the Role Sie betreuen die SAP-Basis und treiben die Umsetzung innovativer Technologien voran. In enger Abstimmung mit dem internen SAP-Basisdienstleister, ERP-Beratern und dem IT-Service Desk sorgen Sie für stabile Systeme, Upgrades, Patches und Migrationen. Sie arbeiten an Monitoring, Incident-Management, Transportwesen und der Weiterentwicklung der Architektur. What You'll Do
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit dem Diehl-internen-SAP-Basis-Dienstleister zur SAP-Basis-Betreuung (z.B. Upgrades, Patches, Migrationen).
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit ERP-Beratern, dem IT Service Desk und weiteren Stakeholdern.
- 2nd-Level Support & Incident-Management zur Analyse, Diagnose und Behebung von SAP-Betriebsstörungen und -Fehlern.
- Aktives System-Monitoring und Behebung von Fehlern (Performance, Logs, Fehleranalysen, Verfügbarkeit der Systeme).
