Job title: SAP BASIS Senior Analyst

About the Role At Solventum, we seek an SAP BASIS Senior Analyst to manage SAP BASIS and BTP administration across On-Premise SAP environments (e.g., S/4, GTS) and cloud solutions (BTP, IBP, Ariba). You will partner with SAP Process teams and technical teams to support issue fixes, incident resolution, and routine BASIS activities, while ensuring quality standards and GXP compliance.

What You'll Do

• Manage SAP landscape hosted on SAP Private Cloud (Rise with SAP) and oversee Transport Management, Batch Job Handling, System Refresh, Monthly maintenance, parameter tuning, and annual DR drills.
• Collaborate with SAP Process teams, SAP TSM, and other technical teams to understand requirements and resolve production issues.
• Administer SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Administration, and SAP Printer Troubleshooting; ensure Single Sign-On for Fiori and SAP GUI; manage BTP IAS and global/subaccount administration.
• Administer SAP Integration Suite; integrate SaaS solutions using Cloud Connector; oversee SAP IBP, CI-DS, and end-to-end integration with SAP Ariba.
• Work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support during weekends/holidays; maintain documentation and adhere to quality standards and GXP.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 7+ years of hands-on SAP BASIS, BTP Administration, and Cloud-based SAP Application administration.
• Minimum 1 Rise with SAP project support experience; knowledge of SAP ECS processes and ability to submit production issues.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Administration, and SAP Printer Troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Single Sign-On for Fiori, SAP GUI, and BTP IAS administration.
• Expert-level knowledge in SAP BTP administration; global/subaccount administration.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Integration Suite administration; integration with SaaS solutions using Cloud Connector; SAP IBP, CI-DS; end-to-end integration with SAP Ariba.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and on-call weekends/holidays.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge on Cloud ALM; experience with Redwood RMJ, Redwood BPA, Redwood CPS.
• Basic exposure to integration of SAP S4HANA with Datasphere and SLT.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
