About the Role As an SAP BASIS Analyst/Senior Analyst at Solventum, you will join the SAP BASIS and BTP administration teams to support SAP On-Premise applications like S/4 and GTS, as well as cloud solutions such as Rise with SAP, SAP BTP, IBP, and Ariba. You will help maintain high availability, security, and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions in a healthcare context. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with SAP Process teams and technical teams to understand requirements and support issue fixes and incident resolution in SAP On-Premise (S/4, GTS) and cloud solutions (BTP, IBP, Ariba).
- Perform regular BASIS activities including Transport Management, Batch Job Handling, System refresh, monthly maintenance, parameter tuning, and annual disaster recovery drills.
- Implement and maintain SAP landscapes hosted on SAP Private Cloud (Rise with SAP) while adhering to quality standards and GXP compliance.
- Practice clear written and verbal communication with key stakeholders and participate in on-call rotation as needed. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS, BTP Administration, and cloud-based SAP application administration.
- Minimum 1 Rise with SAP project support experience; experience working with SAP TSM to resolve production issues; strong understanding of SAP ECS process (submitting SRs, ASRs) and clearly articulating roles/responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori administration, and SAP Printer Troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Single Sign-On for Fiori, SAP GUI, and BTP IAS administration.
- Hands-on experience in SAP BTP administration and global/subaccount administration.
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite administration, Cloud Connector, SAP IBP, CI-DS administration, and end-to-end integration with SAP Ariba.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support during weekends/holidays. Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Cloud ALM and Redwood tools (RMJ, BPA, CPS) is a plus.
- Basic exposure to integrating SAP S/4HANA with Datasphere and SLT.
