Your Tasks

• Performance and workload analysis as well as security tuning and system health checks of SAP systems based on OSS Notes, EWA and SAP best practices
• Change and Release Management for the application, OS and DB level incl. SAP Kernel Upgrades, SAP Add-ons, Support Packages and 3rd party tools in close collaboration with external service providers
• Defining system landscape configurations and ensure their correct set-up
• Responsible for the coordination of regular data refreshs and the related processes
• Collaborating with and coordination of our external service provider for system reliability and performance
• Administration of the Solution Manager respectively CALM for system monitoring, transport management and other functionalities
• Providing SAP Basis support for crucial business application projects
• Set-up, monitor, optimize and maintain interfaces and services via SAP BTP, SAP IAS or other interface or middleware technologies
• Development of effective AI solutions according to the business needs and requirements

Your Profile

• Academic degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of work experience with SAP BASIS Administration
• Working knowledge of transport management, tech architecture and system monitoring
• Experience in Managed System Monitoring
• Knowledge of SAP function modules, RFCs, ALEs and BAPIs and SOLMAN respectively CALM
• Experiences with SAP BTP and AI are an advantage but not mandatory
• Ideally, knowledge of operating S/4 HANA systems and the ABAP programming language
• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Efficient troubleshooting capabilities
• Professional working proficiency in English, developable through training
• Skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions and has the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
