The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply network planning, production planning, and global available to promise (GATP). Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP APO functional specifications Configure and implement SAP APO modules such as: Demand Planning (DP) Supply Network Planning (SNP) Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) Global ATP (GATP) Integrate SAP APO with SAP ECC/S4HANA or other external systems Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment activities Support data integration using Core Interface (CIF) Monitor and troubleshoot APO planning processes and system performance Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Provide end user training and create functional documentation Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and support activities Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Strong experience in SAP APO modules (DP, SNP, PP/DS, GATP) Hands on experience with CIF integration and master data management Good understanding of supply chain planning processes Knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) integration Experience in troubleshooting and production support Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications: SAP APO certification Experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) is an added advantage Knowledge of ABAP debugging is a plus Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or FMCG Key Competencies: Problem solving and analytical thinking Effective communication Team collaboration Adaptability and continuous learning Business process understanding
