About the Role Support the end-to-end management of customer sample orders (A-C samples) for Bosch in Mexico City, ensuring accurate information flow and timely delivery by coordinating with clients and internal teams. The role interfaces with customers, Project Managers, and internal sample teams to validate requirements and keep stakeholders informed. What You'll Do
- Provide end-to-end support for sample orders (A-C) including intake, processing, and placement of customer requests
- Collect and validate technical information required for orders and communicate customer requirements to the Sample Shop
- Release orders in SAMOS for confirmation after validation by the Project Manager
- Track orders, update delivery plans and report status to customers and internal teams
- Inform customers and teams about changes and delays in alignment with the Project Manager
- Prepare and complete documentation for deliveries and delays of samples
- Manage priority requests, complete forms, and provide additional support
- Support internal and external escalation processes related to delays or blocks
- Maintain ongoing communication with Clients, Project Managers, Sample Coordinators (SamCo), and flow participants
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Draft quotations for samples based on price lists
- Assist Billing with issues related to sample orders (e.g., delivery proofs) What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and 0-3 years of professional experience
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Ability to communicate fluently in professional environments
- Ability to understand complex documentation and communicate effectively with international customers
