The Sample Coordinator is a key player in ensuring the smooth management and organization of product samples within our company. This role involves handling the intake, organization, and distribution of samples, ensuring they are readily available for various departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Description

• Unpack and check in incoming sample shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and maintain sample inventory, categorizing samples by brand and product type.
• Track the movement of samples within the company using inventory management software.
• Prepare samples for meetings, presentations, and other departmental needs.
• Coordinate the return or disposal of samples following company protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized sample room, ensuring samples are easily accessible.
• Communicate any discrepancies or missing samples to the team promptly.
• Support additional sample room and merchandising tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sample management, retail, merchandising, or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other inventory management tools.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Comfortable performing light physical work, including lifting boxes and standing for extended periods.

• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently after training.
