Sample Coordinator - Power Electronics - internal only
YOUR TASKS
- Manage and coordinate customer sample requests from receipt through delivery.
- Act as the primary contact for sample-related activities between customers and internal teams.
- Plan and monitor prototype, pre-production, validation, and serial production samples.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Program Management teams.
- Ensure timely preparation and shipment of samples according to customer deadlines.
- Maintain sample tracking databases and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory and availability of components required for sample builds.
- Support customer events, product launches, RFQs, and development projects with sample management activities.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to sample requests and deliveries.
