About the Role KPMG is seeking a SALT Direct Tax Senior Manager, Shared Services to join our Delivery Center. You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative team that applies SALT expertise to challenging client work and utilizes cutting-edge tax technologies in standardized processes to deliver outstanding service. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage SALT Direct Tax work within Shared Services, delivering high-quality client service and strategic value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Delivery Center to share ideas, learn, and excel
- Apply knowledge to exciting challenges and help drive the adoption of cutting-edge tax technologies in standardized processes
- Drive project execution, client service excellence, and continuous improvement in Tax delivery What We're Looking For
- Experience in SALT/State and Local Tax with leadership or senior-manager capabilities
- Strong client service mindset and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Interest in using cutting-edge tax technologies and standardized processes
