Job Summary
Our client is looking for a professional and experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and deliver an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Manage, schedule, and supervise staff, including stylists, therapists, and front-desk personnel
- Coordinate appointments and work schedules to maximize productivity and minimize client wait times
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, and handle feedback and complaints professionally
- Identify business opportunities, generate leads, and drive sales of services and products
- Plan and run promotions and marketing activities, including on social media
- Maintain service quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor inventory and supplies, and place orders when needed
- Prepare basic operational and sales reports using Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- HND or BSc holder
- Proven ability to manage salon operations, staff, schedules, and client relationships effectively
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and drive sales
- Experience or familiarity with the salon/beauty industry in Lagos or Nigeria is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media
- Digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
