About the Role As a Sally Beauty Advisor, you will be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, helping customers express themselves through beauty. You will build relationships, offer recommendations, and guide customers through their beauty journey with supported training and a friendly, professional store environment.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers
- Recommend additional and complimentary products
- Inform customers of current promotions and events
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values
- Support store operations and adapt to scheduling needs
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older
- 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- Available to meet scheduling needs of the business
- Clear, concise communication with customers, co-workers, and management
- Ability to apply product knowledge from training to customer service
- Ability to read and explain product labels; follow directions
- Able to perform other duties as assigned by Manager
- Physical: able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally; long periods of standing; may be exposed to fumes/odors; environment around moving parts, carts, or machines; exposure to irritant chemicals
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 13.50 USD per hour
