About the Role As a Sally Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales), you will help create a memorable shopping experience for customers, guiding them through hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails. You will bring your passion and personality while Sally Beauty provides training and support to grow your knowledge and skills. What You'll Do
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers
- Recommend additional and complementary products
- Inform customers about current promotions and events
- Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotions
- Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty culture values What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- Availability to meet scheduling needs of the business
- Clear and concise communication with customers, co-workers, and management
- Ability to apply product knowledge training to customer service
- Ability to read and explain product labels
- Ability to follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager Compensation & Benefits
