WAS DICH ERWARTET: Du berätst und betreust unsere KundInnen und GeschäftspartnerInnen in allen Anliegen und stehst Ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Du verkaufst telefonisch und persönlich vor Ort Privat- oder Geschäftsreisen, Pauschalarrangements oder Individualreisen, Dienstleistungen und Services. Du bearbeitest Anfragen und Kundenwünsche schnell und professionell, und findest immer eine erstklassige Lösung. Du pflegst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und baust dir einen eigenen Kundenstamm auf.
WAS DU MITBRINGST: Idealerweise bringst du fundierte Erfahrungen aus der Reisebranche mit und kennst die spezifischen Anforderungen und Abläufe im Reisebüro, was dich optimal darauf vorbereitet, Kunden auf höchstem Niveau zu betreuen. Als QuereinsteigerIn verfügst du über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder mehrjährige Arbeitserfahrung in einem touristischen (z.B. Hotellerie, Aviatik oder Tourismusbüro) Bereich. Du bist versiert im Umgang mit den Buchungs- und Reservierungssystemen CETS, Umbrella und Amadeus sowie idealerweise IRIS.plus. Du besitzt eine ausgesprägte Verkaufspersönlichkeit und ein gutes Gespür für erfolgreiche Verkaufsabschlüsse. Dank deiner starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und deines sicheren Auftretens überzeugst du KundInnen und GeschäftspartnerInnen sowohl im persönlichen als auch im schriftlichen Kontakt. Deine Flexibilität erlaubt es dir, dich schnell an unterschiedliche Kundenwünsche und wechselnde Anforderungen anzupassen. Dabei hast du stets den Anspruch, unseren Kunden den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten und die Kundenzufriedenheit zu maximieren. Du schätzt die Zusammenarbeit im Team und trägst aktiv zu einer positiven Arbeitsatmosphäre bei, indem du deine KollegInnen wertschätzend unterstützt. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie solide Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
