About the Role The Salesforce Technical Consultant will be a key member of Slalom's Salesforce team, working on client projects in the UKI region with onsite engagements. You will help transform how clients connect with their customers by designing and implementing Salesforce solutions across the Customer Success Platform and multiple industries. You will collaborate with our global technology partners to deliver practical, end-to-end outcomes. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and implementation, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
- Design scalable solutions and participate in system configuration when necessary.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, document outcomes, and help define test scripts.
- Manage the full lifecycle of complex enterprise projects with a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes.
- Perform impact analysis for scope changes; administer change management processes within a defined framework; regularly review issues and change control logs to identify risks. What We're Looking For
- Proven understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and full software development lifecycle; proven experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integration.
- Content knowledge – experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Analytical techniques – experience leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting outcomes, including designing process flows and helping define test scripts.
- System configuration – ability to design a scalable solution to meet client business needs and participate in system configuration when necessary.
- Project management – demonstrated analytical skills and experience with the complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects; understanding of core project management concepts, theories, practices, and methods.
- Change management and scope control – experience performing impact analysis for potential changes in scope; ability to administer change management processes within a specified framework, including regularly reviewing issues management and change control logs to understand status and identify potential risk situations.
