About the Role The Salesforce Technical Architect designs and manages the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for our customers. You combine big-picture thinking with hands-on technical expertise to build scalable, robust systems that meet current needs and future growth.
What You'll Do
- Enterprise AI Architecture: Design and integrate scalable predictive and generative AI solutions within custom Salesforce environments, optimizing performance, resource consumption, and platform governor limits.
- AI-First Delivery & Engineering: Champion an AI-first delivery methodology, utilizing advanced AI tools, developer assistants, and agentic evaluation frameworks to accelerate implementation.
- Performance Evaluation & ROI: Collaborate with customers to develop evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance for their specific use cases.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
- Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states.
- Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects.
- Follow and help define coding standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions, with strong background in Salesforce.com products and APIs.
- Excellent enterprise architecture skills with a focus on scalable, high-availability solutions that grow with customer needs.
- Experience integrating systems via APIs and a solid development background.
- Ability to translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions; ability to lead technical design sessions and governance.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled Salesforce solutions; familiarity with AI tools, evaluation frameworks, and ROI considerations.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tooling.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI deployments within Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.
