Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, development, integration, and optimization of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across the Salesforce platform, strong architecture and integration experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, administrators, and leadership teams to drive Salesforce strategy, governance, and implementation best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce
• solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead technical architecture discussions and
• provide strategic guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Define solution architecture for Sales Cloud,
• Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom Salesforce
• implementations.
• Design complex integrations between Salesforce
• and external applications using APIs, middleware, and integration
• platforms.
• Establish development standards, governance
• models, security frameworks, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor Salesforce developers,
• administrators, and technical teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and
• solution assessments.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, and
• reliability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather
• requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Support data migration, data governance, and
• master data management initiatives.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features and drive
• platform innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years in Salesforce.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Visualforce
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce APIs
• Platform Events
• Salesforce Security Model
• Flows and Automation
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or similar middleware tools.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
• Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications highly desired.
• Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
