Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering activities.
- Understand business objectives, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders and help resolve competing priorities.
- Manage Salesforce projects and coordinate activities across business, technical teams and vendors.
- Drive backlog refinement, prioritization, and release planning activities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Recommend standard Salesforce solutions and best practices whenever possible.
- Perform light-to-moderate Salesforce administration and configuration activities as needed.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Salesforce Solutions/Project Management and Business Analysis, preferably within a global organization.
- 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence business stakeholders.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Solid expertise across Salesforce platforms and capabilities, including: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Account Engagement, Reports & Dashboards, Security & Sharing Concepts, Integration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
How would you stand out?
- Experience working in Agent force, Einstein AI and CRM Analytics is preferred.
