About the Role Vera Solutions is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Solutions Architect to design and deliver complex client solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will lead discovery, translate client requirements into scalable systems, and guide projects from design through delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact for our mission-driven clients. What You'll Do
- Driving requirements gathering sessions and mapping client business processes.
- Lead discovery workshops with clients to ensure a complete picture of needs is uncovered.
- Design solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform that meet client requirements within capacity and budget.
- Developing Salesforce implementation roadmap for clients.
- Lead project implementation teams to ensure high quality builds.
- Drive quality across Vera’s technical implementations.
