Job title: Salesforce Solutions Architect

About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Salesforce Solutions Architect who can navigate complex client requirements to design world-class systems. The SA is responsible for end-to-end design and delivery, leading discovery and design workshops, synthesizing requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and supporting sales and project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Drive requirements gathering sessions and map client business processes; lead discovery workshops to ensure a complete understanding of client needs.
• Design Salesforce Lightning Platform solutions that meet client requirements within capacity and budget; develop implementation roadmaps.
• Lead project implementation teams to ensure high-quality builds; drive quality across Vera’s technical implementations.
• Communicate solution decisions clearly internally and with customers throughout each project.
• Deliver projects across multiple methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM); support project managers to deliver on time and on budget.
• Support consulting directors in winning sales by bringing technical expertise to the process; contribute to Vera’s learning environment.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant Engineering or Computer Science degree, or equivalent experience as a Salesforce architect; Salesforce certifications including one or more Architect Certifications, Salesforce Certified Sharing & Visibility, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
• 3+ years of technology consulting experience; 3+ years working on the Salesforce Lightning Platform; 1+ years designing solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform.
• Experience leading client workshops and implementation teams; strong Agile experience with Apex and Lightning framework development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work well in a small, dynamic team; positive, supportive attitude.
• Desirable: Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud, integration patterns and frameworks, interest in social service work or international development; language proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or French.

• Integration patterns and frameworks; experience or interest in social service work or international development; multilingual capabilities (Portuguese/Spanish/French).

• Annual salary: ₹3,162,843; 100% remote/hybrid in Mumbai with in-office days as described.
