About the Role The Salesforce Solution Architect acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with product/business goals and strategies. This role focuses on designing end-to-end solutions, leveraging Salesforce capabilities, and optimizing business processes. The Solution Architect provides thought leadership, drives best practices, and ensures project success by delivering functional and scalable Salesforce solutions.
What You'll Do
- Engage with product/business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflow and processes, and identify challenges.
- Design Salesforce solutions that meet business needs while adhering to Salesforce best practices and scalability considerations.
- Create detailed solution designs, including system architecture diagrams, data flow models, and process workflows.
- Collaborate with technical architects, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical considerations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce design and implementation, including Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and Tableau/CRM Analytics, Einstein Discovery, Salesforce Copilot, and Agent Force.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and drive best practices.
