  • Ensure adequate testing of Salesforce configuration, Flows, security, Apex, Lightning components, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Partner with development and business teams to identify testing risks, dependencies, and quality concerns.
  • Provide clear visibility into testing progress, defects, risks, and overall release quality.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in manual and automated testing, including test planning, execution, regression testing, and test automation.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with API testing, including validation of system integrations, request and response data, error handling, and end-to-end workflows.
  • Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce objects, data relationships, security, automation, configuration, and custom development.
  • Experience working with database/query or development tools such as Oracle SQL Developer or Microsoft Visual Studio.

  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, and relevant Copado certifications, such as Copado Fundamentals I, Copado Fundamentals II, or Copado Robotic Testing credentials, are a plus.
