Marketing Account Engagement (Pardot) Specialist
About the Role
You own our marketing automation platform and its connection to Salesforce. You build the pages, emails, and automations that generate and nurture leads, keep the data clean, and train marketers to use the tools well.
Responsibilities

Build and maintain landing pages and forms; run A/B tests.

Set up and maintain lead scoring, grading, and UTM tracking; report on engagement and campaign performance.

Build and run nurture programs, drip campaigns, and triggered emails, including segmentation and deliverability.

Own the Pardot-Salesforce connector: field mapping, sync settings, and sync error resolution.

Train business users on core features and maintain simple how-to documentation.

Must Have
-
5+ years of hands-on experience administering Pardot or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.

Working knowledge of Salesforce objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns).

Basic HTML and CSS for landing pages and email templates.

Understanding of email compliance and deliverability.

Ability to turn engagement data into clear recommendations and explain them to non-technical users.

Good to Have
-
Salesforce Administrator or Pardot Specialist certification.

Experience with multi-touch attribution or a second marketing automation platform.
