Role overview
Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) professional for a 4-month contract position to provide hands-on technical and operational support across our CRM marketing programs.
You'll ensure continuity of day-to-day email operations, campaign and journey execution, SFMC administration, and key projects — while also helping establish SMS capabilities within SFMC, including foundational setup, requirements, testing, and process design.
The ideal candidate can step into an existing SFMC environment quickly and move comfortably between hands-on campaign production, troubleshooting, journey configuration, and platform administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute email campaigns end-to-end, including builds, QA, testing, deployment, and post-launch validation.
- Provide hands-on production support during high-volume and peak periods.
