Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
Remote | Canada
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your day to day will look like this:
- Design and implementation of Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with business needs. Build and optimize marketing campaigns (email, mobile) to improve lead nurturing and revenue. Develop and manage customer journeys (onboarding, promotions, reactivation). Analyze performance (dashboards, reports) and drive continuous improvement. Ensure data quality and campaign execution while collaborating with clients and internal teams.
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and solid understanding of email marketing and metrics.
- Basic knowledge of data segmentation and analysis (SQL is an asset).
- Basic to intermediate skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (asset).
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in data-driven marketing automation.
- Bilingual French/English as an asset.
- If English is required: “English is required to communicate with clients and partners located outside Quebec.”
