Position Overview:

  • Cloud Developer you will be responsible for supporting Salesforce CRM products including all third-party software integrations, most specifically within

  • Cloud. Taking a leadership role in projects, you will be the primary point of contact for Thunder's Customer Success Manager (CSM) and clients, and will delegate cases to all project team members. You will also be accountable for each project team member’s performance within the project. Ideal candidates are Subject-matter experts in your field and as such, will provide mentorship to the more junior members of the team!

Our Salesforce Developer will:

  • Manage cases and tasks assigned on a daily basis
  • Work on and resolve cases within the specified SLAs
