Role overview

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Salesforce Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in LATAM. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.

The project focuses on supporting a unified work architecture for customer service and operations by integrating Salesforce Service Cloud with communication, analytics, and operational platforms. The solution supports post-sales processes, case management, knowledge management, customer communications, and workflow automation, enabling efficient handling of customer interactions and operational processes across integrated systems.

Time Zone Coverage: Full Central Time hours (US CDT, UTC-5)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.
• Strong knowledge of Apex (triggers, controllers, test classes), Lightning (Aura and/or LWC), Visualforce, SOQL & SOSL.
• Understanding of developing custom objects and working within the Salesforce development environment.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST-based web services.
• Experience with AppExchange applications.
• Knowledge of Git and deployment/migration tools (e.g., Copado or similar CI/CD tools).
• Demonstrated experience building business solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

AI experience (preferred):

• Experience integrating Salesforce with AI-driven tools or services (e.g., predictive analytics, machine learning APIs, generative AI platforms).
• Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities, such as Einstein features or AI-powered automation within Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows or automation using REST APIs.
• Understanding of prompt engineering concepts or applying generative AI tools within business applications.
• Familiarity with data preparation, governance, and security considerations for AI-enabled solutions. Experience integrating Salesforce with AI-driven tools or services (e.g., predictive analytics, machine learning APIs, generative AI platforms).
• Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities, such as Einstein features or AI-powered automation within Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows or automation using REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the unified work architecture for post-sales support and operational excellence across Salesforce Service Cloud and related operational systems.

• Work across active engineering workstreams including AI Case Summarization, bulk email/communications platform, omnichannel routing and case orchestration, agentic feedback sync, and Salesforce-to-data-platform integrations.

• Rotate into the DFR role to triage critical alerts, monitor platform health KPIs, handle keep-the-lights-on injects, track open incidents, investigate routing and automation failures, and document findings in Confluence.
