Salesforce Developer / Copado Deployment

Role overview

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Salesforce Developer / Copado Deployment for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Latin America. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in deployment automation and release management, including Copado-based Salesforce DevOps practices. The role focuses on building reliable deployment pipelines, improving release quality, and enabling faster, safer delivery across Salesforce environments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform, including deployment and release management.

• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, environment strategy, and release lifecycle management.

• Experience with Git, branching models, automated testing, and CI/CD concepts.

• Familiarity with Change Sets, Metadata API, DevOps Center, and deployment troubleshooting.

• Strong coordination and communication skills across technical and business teams.

• Nice to have

• Copado Fundamentals or advanced Copado certification.

• Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or related certifications.

• Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise delivery environments.

• Knowledge of test automation and release governance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related DevOps tooling.

• Coordinate and execute deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.

• Manage version control, branching strategies, and support release orchestration, backup, rollback, and environment management.

• Partner with developers, admins, QA, and release stakeholders to define and improve deployment processes.

• Troubleshoot deployment failures, metadata conflicts, and environment synchronization issues.

• Establish standards for release governance, testing, compliance, and change management.

• Automate repetitive deployment and validation tasks to improve delivery speed and quality.

• Document release procedures, deployment checklists, and operational runbooks.
