About this role

About the Role Senior Manager within Accenture’s Salesforce Life Sciences practice, focused on Data Cloud and AI architecture for enterprise-scale solutions at the intersection of Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Voice AI, and Life Sciences platforms. You own end-to-end technical architecture across Data 360, identity resolution, agentic AI design, and CRM integration, shaping multi-year client programs. You contribute from pre-sale through delivery, working in both client-facing and technical design review settings. What You'll Do

  • Design end-to-end Data Cloud solutions including data model, ingestion strategy, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, and real-time activation for pharma, biotech, and MedTech clients.
  • Architect Agentforce & Voice AI solutions across patient services, HCP engagement, and commercial operations, including Agentforce Voice deployments, multi-agent orchestration, and AI workflow design.
  • Define Data 360 strategy that unifies structured and unstructured data across CRM, EHR, claims, and third-party sources into actionable intelligence.
  • Design integration patterns between Data Cloud, Salesforce LSC/Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms; provide architecture governance across workstreams.
  • Lead pre-sale technical responses for RFPs/orals; translate complex AI and data architectures into client narratives; own architecture sections of proposals.
  • Conduct solution design reviews, set architecture standards across delivery teams, and manage technical risk across programs.
  • Mentor architects and technical analysts; guide build quality, code reviews, and delivery standards.
  • Contribute reusable architecture patterns, accelerators, and life-sciences AI use-case frameworks to the broader practice. What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive Salesforce architecture experience across full-lifecycle implementations in consulting environments.
  • Minimum 4 years of Data Cloud experience with deep expertise in data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and Data Cloud governance patterns.
  • Minimum 1 year of Agentforce experience and hands-on work architecting Agentforce solutions, AI-powered workflows, and/or Voice AI deployments.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience designing enterprise integrations across CRM, data, marketing, and external platforms (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, event-driven patterns).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.
  • Salesforce certifications such as System Architect, Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, AI Associate, or Certified Application Architect; familiarity with Veeva ecosystem and headless/composable CRM architectures. Nice to Have
  • Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, or equivalent pharma/biotech CRM platforms and their commercial/patient-use cases.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior client stakeholders and leading architecture decisions in complex, multi-workstream programs.
  • Architecture experience with Agentforce Voice, contact center AI, or conversational AI in Life Sciences contexts.
  • Experience designing omnichannel engagement solutions combining Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and agentic content generation.
  • Familiarity with Veeva Vault CRM, Veeva CRM, or Veeva-to-Salesforce migration landscape.
  • Experience with headless or composable CRM architecture patterns.
  • Experience managing technical delivery across onshore/offshore distributed teams. Compensation & Benefits
