Job title: Salesforce Data Analyst
What success looks like in this role:
Our Field Organization team is currently looking for a new team member to join us as a Salesforce Data Analyst. In this role, you will support data-driven decision-making by delivering insights and scalable analytical solutions for the business.
What you will be doing:
- Build advanced data architectures and scalable dashboards that support business decision-making
- Analyze data, identify patterns, and develop forecasting and predictive models
- Work on data ingestion into AI-driven solutions and define end-to-end ETL strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and architectural standards
- Leverage Salesforce data platforms to generate actionable insights and support operational efficiency
You will be successful in this role if you have:
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience in data analytics, ideally with Salesforce data platforms (e.g. Data Cloud / Data 360, CRM Analytics / Tableau Next)
- Minimum 4–5 years of industry experience in data analytics or a related field
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Solid understanding of statistics and basic knowledge of Python
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including modern AI-driven approaches
- Familiarity with concepts such as predictive modeling, forecasting, and emerging AI technologies (e.g. RAG, vector search)
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (Field Service Cloud is a plus)
- A strong drive and willingness to explore and experiment new technologies .
