Salesforce Consultant
The Salesforce Consultant at Capgemini is responsible for leading business discussions, gathering and analyzing requirements, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with Salesforce best practices. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to maximize business value from the Salesforce platform while delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions.
As part of Capgemini’s global delivery model, the consultant will play a key role in shaping customer-centric solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds and industries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative tools
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions
