About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant to help clients implement and optimize Salesforce solutions. You will design integrations, synchronize data across systems, and build a Salesforce ecosystem that improves collaboration and customer experiences. What You'll Do
- Work with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems to synchronize customer data and automate sales processes.
- Build real-time data integrations and connectors, developing cost-effective Salesforce deployments.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, and cross-functional teams to re-engineer processes and optimize the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Provide guidance on data conversion, QA/testing, and change management to ensure successful adoption. What We're Looking For
- Experience with the Salesforce platform and CRM concepts, including integration projects.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of data synchronization, API integrations, and real-time solutions.
- Experience in process re-engineering and delivering cost-effective CRM solutions.
- Familiarity with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and project management. Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP/CRM integrations, Big Data, Cyber Security, Metadata Mining.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance & Testing, Data Conversion, Organization Change Management (OCM), and Project Management & Support.
