Role overview
Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Latam. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.
Responsibilities

Work directly with Marketing and Product Managers to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce Data Cloud use cases.

Design and optimize data flows and integrations within Salesforce Data Cloud.

Support analytics and reporting by ensuring high-quality and reliable data pipelines.

Collaborate with data teams, Salesforce Administrators, and business stakeholders to bridge technical and business requirements.

Contribute to a fresh-start Salesforce Data Cloud implementation, with no data migration.
