About the Role The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing Salesforce administration, Apex development, and Lightning framework implementation. They will manage technical aspects of Salesforce projects, including customization, configuration, and development to meet business requirements and objectives effectively.
What You'll Do
- Lead and guide a team of Salesforce administrators and developers in the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex code, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other related technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
- Configure Salesforce platform based on best practices and ensure data integrity and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and system errors in Salesforce applications.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for enhancing existing solutions and developing new functionalities.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure high-quality and efficient Salesforce implementations.
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, data management, and workflow automation.
- Strong experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, layouts, and workflows.
- Hands-on experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning platform and building responsive UI components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to deliver projects on time.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Lightning Developer.
