About the role
The Salesforce Analyst will serve as a partner to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. The Analyst will be vital in recommending process enhancements and automation opportunities to optimize productivity and maximize ROI. This person must demonstrate a strong ability to create business requirement documents/user stories, participate in business requirement gathering sessions, create QA test scripts and facilitate QA testing. This person must be skilled in delivering solutions using declarative configuration to create validation rules, flows, sharing rules, Lightning components, as well as understand Salesforce technical requirements, functionality.
