You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop custom AI Agentforce solutions, and drive innovation to streamline business processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This role demands proficiency in Flow, LWC, APEX and platform features. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in configuring Salesforce implementations that include Einstein within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Our Salesforce Agentforce Developer will: Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX and other Salesforce technologies. Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce lab demo environments to support testing, demonstrations, and training sessions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and data integrity. Manage Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they align with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, delegating tasks to all project team members in order to deliver high-quality projects that use AI in Salesforce. Lead projects by being the primary point of contact for clients and Project Managers, along with being accountable for each project team member's performance within the project. Provide technical support and training to users as needed, including explaining Generative AI fundamentals. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements leveraging new features, especially around Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience developing specifically for Salesforce, specifically in Sales & Service Cloud. Preferred experience: Salesforce Einstein, OOTB GenAI & Predictive Features (Case Classification, Predictive tooling, etc), Agent Studio (fka Copilot) Prompt Builder, DataCloud (External Data Input, Structured and Unstructured data), and/or
