Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications (required)
- Strong experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and RCA implementations
- Proven ability to design and deliver solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities
- Experience building or supporting AI-driven or agentic solutions
- Strong understanding of system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools
- Hands-on experience with data management (data loads, mapping templates, Excel models)
- Exposure to Salesforce Mobile capabilities
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stream projects across global teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence (matrix leadership)
- Experience presenting to stakeholders and translating technical solutions into business value
- Experience with PSA tools (e.g., FinancialForce) and Order Management systems
- Familiarity with content management platforms (e.g., Seismic)
- Experience managing third-party AppExchange solutions
- Prior experience supporting M&A integrations within Salesforce ecosystems
